Architecture Review Committee (ARC)

All changes or additions to the exterior of the units must be requested in writing to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval prior to making changes. Please contact  Property Management for further information. Your proposed improvements may also require a building permit. You or your contractor should check with the San Diego Building Department before starting any work.
