- Homeowners: If you observe any Irrigation Issues – Water Leaks – Fallen Tree Limbs – Snail Infestation, or other landscape issues, please call Zachary Daly, Property Manager ASPM, at 858-430-5700 or utilize the easy ASPM Service Request Web Form via the link shown below.
Regular Business hours: 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday – For Emergencies- 6 pm – 8 am, on weekends and major holidays
Call or use the Service Request Form on the ASPM Website First and have as much information as possible such as the house number nearest the issue.
- Please do not assume others have reported the problem. Notify ASPM.
- Please don’t report issues to or wait until you may see a contractor, as any on-site employees here may not be responsible for resolving it and delay its reporting.
- It’s important that ASPM tracks every incoming service request to ensure our contractors are performing as expected. We can do this with your help.
- For Non-Emergencies, use their convenient Web Site Form link below (You do not need to Sign In to report the issue / Control + Click to open the Link or Cut & Paste into your browser – “Bookmark” it for easy future access) where you can Report the Request and Upload Pictures (if available) of the Issue which shows where the problem exists and it will be forwarded to our Landscape contractor.
