Homeowners can be most helpful by reporting concerns and requests to the Property Manager.\u00a0 The issue will be passed on to both the Landscape Vendor and the Committee for action.<\/p>\n<p>Homeowners may discuss concerns in the open forum at the monthly association meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Homeowners who observe irrigation, landscape, and tree issues should report these directly to the Property Manager as soon as possible by phone or email.\u00a0 Please be as accurate as possible when describing the location and the problem.\u00a0\u00a0 We have a large property, so accurate house numbers and photos are helpful in documenting the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Please don\u2019t wait to report a problem to a Landscape Committee or BOD member, or the landscape tech in person.\u00a0 This may result in delay and confusion as to when the problem was initially reported and what action was taken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The landscape walkthrough is scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday each\u00a0month at 11:00 a.m. &#8211; meet at the pool.
